Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- AAAdaezeJun 2, 20261.0Not a great visit. My appointment was at 10am and doors were not opened until 10am and all the equipment needed for the visit were not on or ready to go. The appointment took over 1 hour for a regular eye exam. The use of a virtual/AI system was timely and I was not a fan. Was also unaware that there would be use of an AI/Virtual eye exam with no live eye doctor at the physical site. A virtual doctor went over the results.
- MOMelva OfosuMar 3, 20261.0This place is not opened during advertised business hours. I have been trying to reach this them for the longest time to get my glasses and reorder contacts. They are not open when they say they are going to be open, but continue to call me to tell me that my glasses are ready to be picked up and have been there for a long time. I stopped by on a day that I was off work and the office was closed. My daughter is off work today and I asked her to stop by to get my glasses and to reorder my contacts for me and they are closed. Additionally, it is impossible to get ahold of them via the telephone. I do not recommend this location because customer service and customer satisfaction is not a top priority to them.

When I needed to get them to fill out my paperwork for MVA, they never responded, and finally someone answered with 1 day left to renew my license, they told me a few days. When I said I couldn't wait that long, he became rude. I will never use them ever again.
