Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- AAAdaezeJun 2, 20261.0Not a great visit. My appointment was at 10am and doors were not opened until 10am and all the equipment needed for the visit were not on or ready to go. The appointment took over 1 hour for a regular eye exam. The use of a virtual/AI system was timely and I was not a fan. Was also unaware that there would be use of an AI/Virtual eye exam with no live eye doctor at the physical site. A virtual doctor went over the results.
- MOMelva OfosuMar 3, 20261.0This place is not opened during advertised business hours. I have been trying to reach this them for the longest time to get my glasses and reorder contacts. They are not open when they say they are going to be open, but continue to call me to tell me that my glasses are ready to be picked up and have been there for a long time. I stopped by on a day that I was off work and the office was closed. My daughter is off work today and I asked her to stop by to get my glasses and to reorder my contacts for me and they are closed. Additionally, it is impossible to get ahold of them via the telephone. I do not recommend this location because customer service and customer satisfaction is not a top priority to them.

- AMAsad MehdiJun 25, 20215.0I have been seeing Dr. Lee Caplan for three years. I have found him to be very interactive when it comes to sharing information about overall health of my vision. He’s quite an expert and my prescriptions have been very accurate. I did not order the glasses this time because the inventory was low with not much choice. This could be due to COVID-19. I plan to return for eye exam next year again.
