  Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital has been a blessing to our family. We have had many wonderful experiences in various departments throughout MWPH. My son's initial diagnosis of autism was performed here in a manner that was comfortable for me and my son. He participated in social skills groups when he younger offered by MWPH. Most recently he was treated by the feeding clinic (Thank you Ms. Emily!). Ms. Emily also introduced us to this incredible program within MWPH called Abilities Adventures run by Ms. Lindie. Ms. Lindie is an amazing person who plans the most wonderful experiences. She has helped me, my son, my daughter, and my husband to experience and discover what we all are truly capable of. Having a disability or challenging situation should not limit your life experiences. Through this program my son was able to overcome some of his anxiety and participate in activities in a supportive environment. There are many supportive volunteers in this program (all of them amazing!) Thank you so much Ms. Lindie and Ms. Hadley who are always there to help and support us!

  One of the best experiences ever at a hospital. Every staff member was attentive, kind, responsive, and friendly. The hospital is so clean. The nurses are so patient and compassionate about the work they do. The security staff did a wonderful job at keeping the building safe and secure! We are so appreciative of the staff here! Thank you!!!

  They are efficient with processing intake and evaluation sessions for out patient. Excellent professional care.

  Children’s Doctors have been absolutely amazing . Kind professional thoughtful and every visit has been very insightful! We love it here!

  My son was discharged from there in march of 2026 and they did absolutely wonderful with him. He recently had an appointment that we unfortunately missed and had to reschedule. Today is a week later and I didn't hear back about if they rescheduled his appointment or not so I called today. The lady who answered the phone was rude and said she called me back but she didn't I don't have any record of a call back about my son's appointment and when I said I didn't get a call back all she said was well I called you and hung up on me. This happened just now and I hope she doesn't treat the rest of the people she talks to this way. I was trying to get information about my infant son's doctor's appointment and she was just rude and had an attitude.
