- AWAvery Wright5 days ago1.0My husband had a sleep study done, found out his has severe obstructive sleep apnea and had a call visit on 9/4/26 and was told he need a CPAP machine. It is now 10/2/26 and he has not received it yet! We call the office get the run around or it goes busy or just hangs up. Finally was told they sent the info for CPAP to Rotech. Called them and they said they don't have any info on my husband for no machine! Called office, sent my chart messages to Dr., no reply. This is unacceptable. I have never seen a medical campus be ran like this in my life. I had my sleep test in Hagerstown, the next week had my follow-up visit and walked out of there with my CPAP script, and took it to the health supply store, got fitted and they ordered my machine and supplies. And got my machine in the course of 2wks. We are now going on 7 weeks of nothing but the knowledge that he has sleep apnea!! Just an unacceptable practice.
