LifeSpring Counseling Services provides individual therapy services to adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, and difficult life transitions across the state of Maryland with our online counseling services. In-person counseling services are also available at our Baltimore City Location.
Pre-marital couples counseling and Brainspotting are two of the specialized services offered at our office.
