I’ve been going to Harris Teeter pharmacy for years, and they’re typically efficient, helpful, and kind. However recently, I’ve repeatedly been helped by a particular woman who has been curt and rude, despite the time of day, over the phone, in person, or how many people are waiting to be helped. I hope that there can be an emphasis on the customer service aspects of the job, as it just makes everyone’s lives and experiences a bit easier and better, and dealing with people is a huge part of being part of a patient-facing pharmacy team.

Patrick at the Harris Teeter Pharmacy went above and beyond to help me when I had some issues at Target pharmacy . His kindness and helpfulness stood out, and it’s rare to find that level of care these days. I won’t use any other pharmacy now—Patrick has earned my loyalty!

My first time going. With the pandemic going on, it was nice to see someone at the door having everyone sanitize and wipes off the handles of peoples carts. More stores should do this.
