  Mrs. Scott was amazing, I thought I would be rushed off the phone but she was so patient with me and helped me and went above and beyond as I was trying to help my elderly Aunt with her prescription. She made my Day today !!

  Where are your phone located? It is sounds like the pharmacist is a mile away from the phone while talking to me. It is hard to understand her.

  I LOVE the pharmacy at this Giant. The pharmacists and the techs are so friendly, well-informed and helpful and will take the time to sort out insurance issues and thoroughly council you on new medications. I’ve waited at most 10-15 minutes for an unfilled prescription or a vaccine and usually it takes much less time than that. After years of lousy experiences at CVS, it’s a breath of fresh air to have a pharmacy that actually cares. It sounds sort of wild, but I actually look forward to picking up my prescriptions now.

  This used to be my five star favorite pharmacy thanks to Dr Felicia Scott. However in the last 18 months it has gone straight to hell. The phone is either busy all the time or no one will answer. They have taken their fax number off the prescriptions and all websites. They don't even mention curbside delivery anymore. It breaks my heart to give up on my neighborhood pharmacy but I'm taking my stuff somewhere else, and would appreciate recommendations if anyone else has had similar experience. Life is too hectic these days to deal with more stress trying to get your prescriptions refilled. If you were just a day or too late picking them up they dump them back into the bottles and you have to start all over again. This is just too much stress considering how much money I spend at this place.
