  Listen, I understand everybody has bad days, but customer service should never go out the window. THIS IS FOR FELICIA who works at the pharmacy I called Giant Pharmacy while trying to get a medication issue resolved that required authorization from my doctor. I had a representative from my insurance company on the line with me, actively trying to help get everything straightened out. Instead of assisting, the pharmacy employee was rude, smart-mouthed, and acted like we were inconveniencing her by asking questions. The part that really got me was when she asked, “What part don’t you understand?” in a disrespectful tone and then proceeded to hang up on BOTH me and my insurance representative while we were trying to resolve the issue. That’s not professionalism we were nice to her but we didn’t get the same in return I’ve been using giants for over 15yrs as my pharmacy but after today NO THANK YOU they can have the disrespect I’m not going back and forth with nobody bout my medication —that’s poor customer service.
