  Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy. You’ll wait in long lines. The last time they completely forgot about me. I waited for over an hour.

  I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year, but it has really gone downhill. Their texting system doesn’t work, so you never know when a prescription is ready. They used to actually answer the phone, but now you can’t get a hold of them most of the time. One of the pharmacists was very rude and hung up on me after she claimed they only received one of the two prescriptions the doctor sent. Don’t waste your time here unless you like going to the store every day, guessing when your prescription is ready, and then waiting forever in the store when it is not.

  Every time I call no matter what day you put me on hold without even saying anything and you never come back to me and when I come in person there's a couple of you not all you act like you hate your job im beginning to think you guys have caller ID I've been trying to reach you since Friday giant pharmacy on Wilkins Ave is the worst pharmacy on the planet eart

  Got put on hold so they can check if they have my prescription in stock, held for like 15 minutes, which is fine, I get Pharmacies are busy. But when someone next picked up the phone they spoke to me as if I just called, so I explained "No I've been on hold" expecting them to ask what I was on hold waiting for. Nope. They just said ok and put me back on hold. Waited another 7 minutes, and the next person to answer once again spoke to me as if I was a new caller. I explained the situation and asked them to please not put me back on hold without hearing me out, and thankfully they were able to help me. But they missed really basic customer service here, like what?
