  I used to love this pharmacy, but the service has gone downhill significantly ever since Lydia started running it. As a full-time student who relies on mobility services and lives 30 minutes away, getting my medication requires coordination and time. Unfortunately, dealing with this pharmacy has turned into a series of games. Lydia will explicitly tell you that your medications will be ready on a specific day, but when you arrive after a long trip, she tells you they aren't ready. She treats customers like drug addicts and strictly refuses to allow fills even one day early, which forces me to make up to 10 unnecessary trips. This rigid management style makes managing essential medications incredibly complicated and frustrating for people with tight schedules or transportation limitations. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because of John and Angela. They work hard, provide excellent service, and are the only positive part of coming here. I deeply miss the way this pharmacy used to be run. ---
