FutureCare Homewood is conveniently located just to the south of the beautiful and prestigious Johns Hopkins Homewood campus in Baltimore City, and in close proximity to MedStar Union Memorial Hospital. Homewood is well known for its HeartStrong Cardiac Rehabilitation program, and is part of the VitalStrong Rehabilitation program where physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists offer rehabilitation up to 7 days a week. An on-site dialysis center is also available. Should a resident require long-term skilled nursing / nursing home care, it is available on-site.
