- UBUlises Jorge BidóJul 12, 20261.0They don't have an eye doctor at this location; everything was handled by a single employee, who operated the eye exam equipment and then I had to wait for a doctor located remotely to review the exam and speaks with me on a screen. I had to listen to commercials for 15 to 20 minutes while the doctor "arrived". Sorry guys, this doesn't work and makes for an unpleasant patient experience. I will not go to any location that doesn't have a doctor onsite.

Computerized eye exam is not what I'll be ever investing in again, I want the physical presence of a eye doctor in the room. I guess I'll know the truth after receiving my eye glasses. These eye glasses costed over 700 dollars due to my prescription and I used my own frames. Yes I am very nervous awaiting the glasses.
