  I had an exceptional experience at the LensCrafters on Boston Street The Can Company location this morning. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by ASM Shantell, the security guard greeted me with a smile and conversation . Shardae provided outstanding service throughout my visit, making each step of the process both comfortable and informative. Dr. Rezwani was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensuring a thorough and positive exam experience. Kenan was incredibly helpful during the eyewear selection and fitting process, providing excellent customer service and guidance. Johan also delivered exceptional service when I decided to add Transition lenses after my initial purchase. His transparency regarding the minimal upgrade cost and his helpful recommendations ultimately led me to order my contact lenses during the same visit. A special thank-you to Shantell for helping me select my first pair of Meta Glasses and for her extraordinary kindness in comforting my puppy while I stepped away briefly. Her warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism truly made a lasting impression. I would also like to recognize the security guard for being friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. Their presence contributed to the comfortable and positive atmosphere of the store. The entire team fostered a welcoming and professional environment while delivering outstanding customer care.   I had a fantastic experience here today! The eye exam was thorough and professional, but what really stood out was the service afterward. The assistant manager went above and beyond helping me pick out new frames that actually suit me, and they even took the time to adjust my old pair so they fit like new again. Highly recommend this team for their patience and great customer service!
