- BZBethany ZeuchJul 24, 20265.0I was kind of afraid because I didn't know what to expect. But my technician (I think her name was Laura?) was amazing. I was finished so fast and she answered all of my questions and reassured me.
- VSValerie StubbsJul 24, 20265.0I was beyond nervous yesterday thinking I was having a procedure. When checking in, I had the pleasure of meeting Demeika Parker. Talk about an amazing person. Her spirit is one of a kind. She told me they were going to take great care of me, and she was so right. It was a beautiful thing having someone treat you like you absolutely mattered. As I was leaving I told her imma start calling her Lucky because she was my good luck. She’s an amazing person 🫶🏻

- C8CryssyCrys 83Jan 23, 20245.0I went in for my first mammogram this week and like most people, I was a little nervous. From the moment I entered the hospital UMMC to when I reached the Breast Center, I was greeted with kind and courteous staff. The waiting area was nice and clean with water available for the patients. My tech was amazing! I wish I had gotten her name, but she walked me through everything and turned what most deem an uncomfortable process into a painless experience. Even explaining to “not freak out” if you are called back for additional imaging and explained why it would happen. I would recommend anyone I care for to come here and get this same comforting treatment for their first time too. I hope to catch her name next time I’m in. She deserves the kudos and taking something most women fear because we are often told that it hurts, it’s uncomfortable or just scared of the “Big C” and made taking this step in self health care so easy and undramatic. Thank you UMMC Breast Center.
- CSCatalina ShorkeyNov 2, 20235.0I have had my mammograms done at the Breast Center for over ten years, and the services have always been outstanding, from the receptionists to the rest of the medical staff. I even had a biopsy done about eight years ago, and everyone was very kind, accommodating, and professional. I will continue to use their services since I'm in great hands.
