  My wife and I both went into the store to first get eye exams and to purchase new glasses as required. Both of us were very pleased with the expert care we received from the doctor and his assistant. However, the service we received out in the retail portion of the store to get new glasses was extraordinary! Our associate, Roe, was attentive, knowledgeable, thorough and simply a joy to deal with. In this day and age, customer service has taken an incredible downturn from my point of view. Roe brought back the joy of interacting with personnel and made us feel important at the same time. It was a breath of fresh air in this uncaring world! Thank you, Roe!

  LensCrafters at the Annapolis Mall, great staff! Walked in with what I thought to be a world ending event with my broken glasses but the technician Kelly(superstar), corrected my issue on the spot! Very thankful to the staff for taking the time to help. Now if they had a better wifi connection, it wouldn't have taken so long to show my appreciation! Professional, caring staff!

  I was greeted upon my arrival by Kelly. She was very pleasant and right away, inquired about My needs. I recently had a very terrible experience with service in Louisville, Kentucky and I insured Kelly that I knew what I wanted to see and find but now it’s about pricing. She connected me with Michelle, who is amazing by the way! Michelle not only understand my needs for my shopping experience but also my personal experience. It is great to have places to shop And people who truly care about you as a consumer and a person. Thank you very much to Michelle and Kellee for an amazing purchase. By the way, I love my glasses because they were uniquely different from other locations.

  I had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters! As a young woman going through the eye doctor process on my own for the first time, I was a little nervous but Michelle made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. She really took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made the process easy to understand. She also helped me pick out my glasses and made the whole experience fun and stress free. Her patience and genuine kindness meant so much to me. I truly loved my experience and highly recommend LensCrafters especially if you have the chance to work with Michelle! 😊💕
