  If I could leave zero stars, I would. This clinic combines medical negligence with administrative laziness and open prejudice toward non-English speakers. My father waited 2 to 3 weeks for glasses from a basic eye exam, only to receive a prescription so wrong he couldn't see out of them, causing severe migraines that forced him to leave work early and lose wages just to get it corrected. Instead of fixing their mistake, the front desk scheduled a re-exam and then called a week later claiming he had to pay out-of-pocket because insurance wouldn't cover back-to-back exams. When I called to demand accountability, the staff member admitted she gave him false information, but when told to call him back to rectify her own error, she sneered, "Would he even understand what I’m saying in the voicemail cause he doesn’t know English?" and asked why I couldn't just do her job for her. It is not a family member's responsibility to manage basic administrative duties because your staff is too lazy and prejudiced to extend standard medical courtesy to non-English speakers. Do not bring your family here! They will mess up your care, attempt to scam you into paying for their blunders, and treat you with complete contempt.

  Came in initially for just an eye exam which wasn’t planned but was able to get one and then started asking a few questions and it was all uphill from there. Logan, Braxton and Laura were all super helpful with any questions/concerns we had. 100% satisfied with the 3 pairs of glasses we purchased and will be back and highly recommend to friends and family. Staff could not have been more professional !!!!! Thanks Again
