  I saw Dr. Firestone at the K Street office in Washington, DC, on October 2. The experience was thoroughly positive. Three other staff members also assisted me (reception, billing, and a medical assistant), and all four were friendly and capable. I rarely write reviews, but I felt my treatment as a person and as a patient was exceptional and deserved to be shared.

  Excellent service, professionalism of all staff. They were very accommodating made me feel relaxed. Dr. Howard Roesen was also exceptional.   I want to say Thanks to Dr. Freeman Mrs. Tammy Mrs. Nicole Mrs. Christina for a beautiful wonderful amazing visit today. You all was so very nice and sweet. Answered all the questions I had. I love it. The lady at the front desk was very nice and sweet as well very nice smile and sweet and the lady who check me out. You guys rock.

  Nobody will return phone calls. I've called in three times to find out how much, if any, my insurance will cover of my shoe inserts, which were covered the last time I needed them, however insurance has changed. The second or third time I called in they told me my question was in the queue to be addressed that was 2-3 weeks ago and still no returned calls. It's too bad medical practices are being bought up by worthless private equity firms that don't believe in treating patients, just maximizing profits.

  I would not recommend the Frederick location. I called to schedule an appointment on a Tuesday and they had Wednesday which was great then I received a phone call they needed to reschedule found another appointment that worked then they called again to reschedule. Don’t waste your time find a practice that won’t keep changing your appointment so they don’t have a gap in their schedule. Seemed like the patient wasn’t important to them
