- BSBrenda SeidelMay 26, 20262.0I went for the emergency 1 hr glasses. I broke my glasses and just had the back up. The Eye Dr was Great. It was the people helping me with lens that were the problem. #1 all the had out for display was designer frames for 300-700 ea....before lenes. The more affordable frames were hidden in a cabinet. #2 Then when i chose a frame and asked if it was one of the '1hr' frames, I was told yes.....and AFTER i was rung up and paid I was told 'opps' you need to wait 12-14 days. I was about to leave for vacation, I made that clear at the start. So after going thru all the crap, driving 90 Min each way to get there, and everything .... ASKING if this frame was a '1' hr frame, I was lied to. I will have to keep my finger crossed that by back up pair can see me thru vacation. Lets hope Fate will be nice to me while on Vacation.
