- ECEllen ChaJul 31, 20263.0Everyone was very nice and professional. The exam went fine also. My problem with the whole store is I was not told the truth until too late. When I called I told the receptionist I was looking for a pair of sunglasses same day. I was leaving on a driving vacation in two days. She told me they could figure it out. When I came in I stated it again the the person checking me in. She said I don’t know anything about that , they’ll figure it out. I said same thing to the doctor, she gave same answer. I didn’t need an eye exam I see another doctor and have regular appts. But they wouldn’t use a prescription that was 16 months old. We get finished and the doctor hands the prescription the. The tec person and she very clearly said to both of us. I can to sun glasses same day and have never been able to do that. I was very unhappy about that since I drove an hour together there. And I had plenty to do at home. I will not return or recommend Lens Crafters.
