I finally found another doctor yesterday because they clearly don't return calls or messages received via their website.
- JDJames DurcanAug 19, 20265.0On August 18, 2026, I saw Dr. Gina Zigerelli for my feet. I had a hard, corn -like growth on the outside right foot, and a callus between my toes on my left foot. I love to walk, and I was not able to do much walking due to the painful condition of my feet. The visit exceeded my expectations! Everyone was so polite and professional. Dr. Zigerelli was awesome. She took the time and effort to remove the hard, corn-like hard growth, and addressed the callus on my left foot. I feel so much better! She also offered me another option to improve my walking abilities. She has a wonderful personality, coupled with her expert professionalism. I am so glad I came here today! Thank you, Dr. Gina!

I purchased very expensive custom inserts through a podiatrist who has since left the practice. The inserts needed adjustment and were sent back. I was later told that because they supposedly couldn’t reach me, they threw my expensive inserts away, claiming that was their “policy.” The way this situation was handled was unacceptable, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. Patients deserve far better care and accountability.

My procedure was literally pain free. She is highly skilled and compassionate and I received excellent care. I didn't have to wait and all of the staff was kind. For all the fraidy cats, and non fraidy cats she is a great foot doctor. I highly recommend her.
