He provides recommendations for continued improvement to include strengthening the right muscles and not "over-doing" it (which has always been a struggle for me). I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a chiropractor or anyone looking to improve their overall health.

He’s such a pleasant person and he gave me all the time I needed to assess my health situation and get all of my questions answered. I highly recommend him.
