I had to ask where to check in and the receptionist was so very rude. No wonder why nobody else is there! None wants to be treated like this! I havebt seen the Dr. yet, but so far I regret to try changing a PCP because it is close to home... I rather go to a place where people is polite, educated, with good manners and customer service skills...
