  First and last visit tonight. If negative stars were possible that would be my rating. Hands down the worst medical experience of my life. Three people in the lobby and 2 and a half hours later, no one had gone back to be treated. No traumas came in either. They're just that slow. Toss in the ill behaved out of control not sick children the mother wouldn't control who showed their asses non-stop for over an hour - which the staff did nothing about, and I finally just left without being treated rather than endure that hell any longer. I will NEVER go back. Unless you're dying, I'd suggest you don't either. Even if you're dying, I'd still ask the ambulance driver for other options ... Heads up to the facility: I or my insurers had better not be charged a single penny for this abortion of so called treatment. This is one instance where I'll gladly get an attorney involved if I am ...

  Plenty of parking Clean and secure There's always security guards around to make sure that you're getting safe to your car. There is a greeter at the front desk to help you out if you're not able to make it around the hospital they have wheelchairs to help you out. Is easy access doors you just wave your hand in front of the door and it opens for you if you're not able to move around. This hospital 😁

  I went there with the worst stomach ache of my life. Sat in a chair in waiting room to wait for ct scan. Then sat in hallway number 3 for results and next steps. I asked to put my feet up, nothing available. A nurse joked when I said it had been 5 hours. There was a lack of compassion. Six hours later, I was headed to Bel Air for an appendectomy. Definitely do not recommend.

  Had me sit in the waiting room with my IV in for an extended period of time after I had already gotten my results virtually so I couldn't even just leave.

  Zero stars if I could. Took my elderly mother there on Tuesday Aug 26. She was in serious pain from a knee injury. Could hardly walk.Greeted right away and was taken back for Xray about 45 minutes later. but after that and 4.5 hours of nothing, no doctor, no report or anything. We complained and told we were next but after another hour and half of nothing. We left. Others also complained and said they were there for over 6.5 hours and received the same story line, were busy.I'm posting this to warn people with loved ones to stay away unless you want to watch your love one suffer because they don't matter at this ER.I don't want excuses from management about this and you can keep your, could careless phone number.Your Actions or lack of any Action from the nurse's to the ER doctors showed us and others there how we don't matter.
