Zero stars if I could. Took my elderly mother there on Tuesday Aug 26. She was in serious pain from a knee injury. Could hardly walk.Greeted right away and was taken back for Xray about 45 minutes later. but after that and 4.5 hours of nothing, no doctor, no report or anything. We complained and told we were next but after another hour and half of nothing. We left. Others also complained and said they were there for over 6.5 hours and received the same story line, were busy.I'm posting this to warn people with loved ones to stay away unless you want to watch your love one suffer because they don't matter at this ER.I don't want excuses from management about this and you can keep your, could careless phone number.Your Actions or lack of any Action from the nurse's to the ER doctors showed us and others there how we don't matter.

I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY KIDS, MYSELF OR LET ANY OF MY LOVED ONES GO HERE AGAIN! GOT BANNED, BC OUR LOVED ONE WAS LAST THERE,CAR STILL IN PARKING LOT AND TOLD US HE HAD BEEN DISCHARGED AT 4:48AM. THAT WAS NOT TRUE AT ALL! I ASKED IF THEY COULD CHECK THE CAMERAS ON THE INSIDE TO TRACK HIS STEPS, SECURITY DIDN'T LIKE WHEN I ASKED THAT AND CALLED THE COPS ON ME. COPS EVEN SAID THEY DIDN'T FEEL I WAS BEING OUT OF CONTROL! BC NO ONE WAS, WHEN HE SAID I GOT OTHER THINGS TO DO, I SAID I'M SORRY I DIDN'T KNOW A MISSING PERSON WAS NOT IMPORTANT! COME TO FIND OUT THIS ALL COULD OF BEEN AVOIDED! HE WAS TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL! WE HAD TO CALL TO FIND THAT OUT, WE HAD TO NOTIFY THE POLICE FOR THEM TO MARK HIM NOT MISSING. THEY R SICK, AND CAN'T DO THEIR OWN JOB AND TO MAKE A MOTHER WORRY LIKE THEY DID OVER THEIR MISTAKE NEVER WILL I GO BACK OR HAVE FAMILY GO THERE! BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR FAMILY GOING THERE!

Check-in was fast but when we got into the back, it was slow as hell. Got there at 5 o’clock did not leave there until about 8 o’clock. They did one test oh sorry to test and most of the time you can hear the staff talking about personal things when I went to use the bathroom, you see a lot of stuff just sitting there talking. Took forever to get my test results. I actually got my test results a lot quicker on my phone than the doctor like at least 30 minutes to an hour before the doctor got to me to tell me my test results. The one time I went there I told him I was having problems going to the bathroom and they didn’t do anything except for ultrasound when I called back if I were a complaint and tell them that I was still having pain. The person that called that I talked to was rude when I asked to speak to the supervisor they said the supervisor is not available and refuse to give me to a supervisor on several times. I would not recommend this hospital but because I have no car, I have no choice but to use this hospital, worst hospital I’ve ever been to in my life

Extremely disappointed with the care I received here today. I went in for left side pain. I explained it keep getting worse. They gave me tylenol and had me sit there in pain crying for hours. Finally gave me something stronger. Not one person checked on me the entire time. Sent me home with more tylenol, still in pain with the pain spreading up my back to my chest. Never asked my medical history. I have an aortic thorasic aneurysm they never asked about. Wrote down the wrong things I said in my chart. Said it's gastric and sent me home with tylenol and pepto. This has nothing to do with my side pain. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was treated like trash and sent home with chest pains and a bp of 189/107. They so busy thinking people want medicine when all they want is answers and to be treated for what they came in for.

Great staff! Dr. Reynolds and the nurses had me feeling better in no time and were very thorough in their care. Very kind, professional, and courteous staff. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen which I really appreciated.
