  I show up, explain I’m late, we get me checked in. All good, right? 20 minutes into waiting for my appointment, the girl who checked me in calls me back up (so now it’s been 9:40-10:00) and says “so it looks like you were past the grace period so we’re going to have to reschedule”. Now, I would completely understand if she had relayed that to me the moment she checked me in- but 20 minutes in the waiting room, then to be told to go home, let’s be honest. She just wanted to deal with one less patient. (She also tried to pretend like she didn’t check me in (felt like I was in the twilight zone thankfully I had someone with me) *In all of those 20 minutes she had time to print out papers for other patients and workers, sit right in my face twiddling her thumbs (not mentioning I was late) , and even had time to finish an entire apple! Good for her!* —Finally End up having the appointment all because one of the nurses called me back, the nurse was having communication issues with the front desk ladies as well, however, the doctor was great, sweet, understanding. Check out was awkward because the girls up front only really gossip (about the doctors, patients, etc.) and were clearly annoyed at me for still being able to get my appointment. No warmth. Just cold dismissive energy.

  Edit: Upon leaving this review, I was contacted and my problem was addressed and resolved very quickly. Since they switched it is almost impossible to book a new appointment , no one answered or called back when you leave a message.

  Dr Rapp and entire staff are Awesome. Have been with them for years. Caring , professional, knowledgeable and all around great PCP .
