- VVVAug 20, 20265.0Did a one day pass for $29 to try them out and it was really fun but hard. They have different music for different days so you can pick the ones that align to your taste. They were really encouraging and sweet with the welcome of first day guests. You can go at the pace that you can do without passing out.

It is very much a community of supportive instructors and participants. The whole experience was amazing. They even wrote me welcome notes with an inspirational quote. I will definitely be back and referring anyone who doesn’t quite feel comfortable at their gym.
