At first, the employee immediately told me, “Sorry, we can’t help you, we only work with prescriptions from Target.” Once I explained that Target’s website clearly states they accept any valid prescription, he finally looked at mine—only to quickly say they didn’t have anything available for it. The whole interaction gave me the impression that they simply don’t want to do business with customers unless the prescription was originally done through them. It felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially when I came in ready to make a purchase.
