- TFTanzina FazalAug 1, 20263.0Two stars lost mainly because the doctor Dr Ngyuen was extremely pushy. Even after I said many times I just need a prescription for new glasses, dont need full eye exam because I had Ophtha appt scheduled she kept pushing for further tests and kept asking if the Ophtha is checking my cornea. The dumb thing is, one, of my ophtha could not check my cornea and there was something wrong I would be referred elsewhere, and two, even if i let Dr Nguyen check the back of my eyes, of she found issues she would have to refer to an ophtha anyway! Ended up being a very irritating and exasperating experience. However, the lady at the front made up for all tht by being extremely helpful picking ip new pair of glasses for me and offering opinions that were much needed. She’s amzing and if I had just interacted with her, this would be 5 stars. I guess I’ll just bring a prescription from somewhere else from now on.
