  My care giver Desiree is wonderful. She follows directions, very caring, and does excellent food prep. Leeana in the office is also wonderful. Every time I talk to her on the phone she is very personable, and always listens to any concerns and always willing to offer solutions.

  Rita and her partner are always there. I have been with them as a client for at least 4 years. I admit it. I am very organized at work, but my home is total chaos. There have been alot of changes these past several months. But they manage to employ very dedicated staff who are all very hard working and trustworthy.

  Absolutely awful! Had a "homemaker" come to assist with cleaning as I am disabled. She was rude in every way, destroyed my hardwood floors, broke my garbage disposal, refused to assist with laundry which is a huge task for me as it is down 2 flights of stairs. Continuously told me "this isn't my job" regarding almost everything I had been told she would do by my provider. Her manager, Lillian, was even more rude when I called to let her know what happened. They took no responsibility for her behavior, nor the damage done to my apt. I have written a formal complaint to their corporate office & still no assistance or regard to her behavior or damages. I am actively working with small claims attorney & let my insurance know that they fraudulently billed for services not rendered. I do NOT recommend these people, atrocious. Edit: This company responded to this review with an apologetic joke, to call the main number with any further questions & that they hope they'll be reconsidered in the future... Seriously?? Nothing about reaching out to me personally to reconcile their employees destruction of my apt, dishonesty of what she reported happened, quality of service, lack of care/ extreme rudeness & disregard of the supervisor they have in place, the fact they fraudulently charged my insurance company for a job that wasn't done (which has also been reported) or any sort of reconciliation in the least. This is nothing short of elder/disabled abuse (also being reported) & this further shows the extreme lack of empathy or accountability on their part. Noone has asked to view the damage, not even the photos, no one has called to ask further questions. This company only cares about the ridiculous amount they charge our insurance companies in hopes that there aren't more folks like me who will speak up about it. It's shameful for folks like myself who are disabled & unable to do certain tasks or the elderly also who may be unaware of their deceptive practices that depend on empathetic services due to our needs. Absolutely shameful, I am taking this as far as it can go. I have pictures with proof of the damage, the only person who viewed them was Lillian, the supervisor who took 2 weeks (of the 3 calls I made) to respond to my call- not 2 days as they've claimed, citing she was on vacay for ONE of those weeks. When I sent the photos to her, her only response was to send a screenshot of the method I use to clean my floors being incorrect. It is the method I've used as long as I've lived here & have never had a problem doing so. That was her response to me after an extremely rude exchange via a phone call. She blamed me for the damage!! Her "caregiver" cited I "denied" her proper tools to clean...?? I gave her everything she needed, she didn't want to use them. She also cited that she cleaned while I was present which was also deceptive as well. As a matter of fact, I was extremely ill on this particular day & was laying down for the duration. The only times I got up was to show her the proper steps I take to clean my floors (it's a 2 step process which is why they were pristine) & to go to the bathroom. When I entered the bathroom this "caregiver" (term used loosely, why in quotations) was inside of my bathtub with her filthy boots cleaning the walls. I asked her what she was doing, I was mortified & didn't even apologize. They also stated there was significant staining inside of my shower area which, again, was completely untrue. This company has zero integrity, zero apathy & zero accountability. DO NOT USE!!!! If you've had a similar experience, please speak up. This is how companies such as this continue to stay in business, in hopes folks will not complain about the elder/disabled abuse they perpetuate. Please note photos of stripped floors. I have proof of the mangled spoon left in disposal only to be found after she left, it won't let me upload, she never told me that she broke it. Thankfully it was reparable by my landlord, AT HIS EXPENSE! The photo of the shined & waxed floor was what they looked like prior to her visit.

  I have had the best experience with Homewatch CareGivers of Weymouth. My caregiver comes on Tuesdays and I look forward to seeing Linda every week! She is out on medical leave for a short time but they gave me a capable replacement until Linda is back. I am very happy with their services in every way.
