  Home Instead has been a lifeline for our family as my mom's dementia has progressed. The caregivers have handled some really difficult moments with incredible patience, compassion and professionalism. One caregiver calmly redirected my mom during a tough episode, and I was amazed by the kindness and skill she showed. The follow up and communication from our Care Manager has also been wonderful. They check in, keep me updated, and make me feel connected to my mom's care even when I can't be there. The memory decline has been a hard transition for our family, but I'm so grateful Home Instead is helping my mom stay in the home she loves for as long as possible while giving us all peace of mind and some needed respite. Thank you to our care pros and managing team for showing up when it means the most.

  Overall excellent experience at Home Instead. My mom is right in Westford MA and when I was looking into home care companies and options in the area, this team, client experience, service, and communication was unmatched. It warms my heart to have made the right decision for my mom. Thank you Becky and team for creating such a thoughtful and easy onboarding process for us, listening to all my worries, and thank you to our wonderful caregivers who are always professional, on time and proactive with mom.

  Caring for my husband after his dementia diagnosis was the hardest thing I've ever done. I didn't think anyone outside our family could really understand what he needed. I was wrong. Home Instead and our caregivers learned his routines, his moods, and what calms him down. He actually looks forward to the visits. For the first time in a long time, I can step away for a few hours and not feel guilty about it. Home Instead didn't just help my husband, they helped our whole family stay afloat. We are endlessly thankful!!

  We have enjoyed the care that my husband has received through Home Instead. Each Care Pro has been such a good fit for us, well-trained, neat, and kind. Care Pros and RNs have met our needs and are helpful around the house and with daily care. The staff at Home Instead has always been responsive to our needs, and the family app allows me to see updates and easily contact care managers if ever needed. A wonderful company.

  Living in London, UK while my mom is receiving care in New Hampshire has been seamless, with the teams at Home Instead and Honor. From the beginning, they took their time to understand my mom, our situation, her needs, her routines, and have helped bridge that distance for our family. Julie has brought something special to mom’s daily life: they help with daily needs and housekeeping, but also connection, routine consistency, and care updates that you can feel the warmth from even from afar. When I call to check on my mom, she always mentions how she had a nice day and I can tell she really looks forward to seeing her caregivers. This service has changed our life, for the better!
