  HAD ROOT CANAL WORK TODAY. DOCTOR BARBERA WAS EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH. I FELT COMFORTABLE THE WHOLE TIME AND BOTH DOCTOR AND TECH WERE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. MUSIC WAS JUST RIGHT TO CALM MY ANXIETY. I ALWAYS FEARED MY OVERCAIN BUT SHE DID NOT CAUSE ME MUCH PAIN AFTER GIVING ME TRIPLE INJECTIONS. AN ADDED PILLOW BEHIND MY HEAD, REALLY FELT GREAT. DOCTOR COMMUNICATED EVERY STEP OF THE PROCEDURE WHICH TOOK AWAY ALL MY ANXIETY. I GIVE 5 STARS FOR DOCTOR AND STAFF. EVERY ROOM WAS WHITE AND TOTALLY CLEAN.

  Experienced my first repeat root canal treatment today, on a tooth that was cracked when I had my wisdom teeth pulled in college. I was referred by my dentist to this practice, and boy was I glad. It turns out I had an abscess in my back molar warranting retreatment. I considered just pulling the tooth but decided to proceed with treatment after an excellent consultation with Dr. Barbera. Their office was so kind and so gentle, and they helped me to feel so comfortable, despite my unavoidable anxiety related to dental care. They treated me with utmost kindness and professionalism and made sure I understood every step of the way. Before (during prep) and during the procedure, they checked in with me regularly (every few minutes) to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. They took the time to answer all of my questions (I had many), even when they were just curious questions. The first time I was there, Inna made me feel so welcome. The office manager Sarah worked with me to explain insurance benefits and answer questions. I knew what I was getting myself into and felt confident in the decision I made. Dr. Barbera took time with me and showed me what was happening in my mouth that was contributing to my symptoms. Today, I went in for my procedure and was undeniably nervous. The assistants Janeldy and Serena went out of their way to help me to feel at ease, joking about wall artwork and the history of dentistry. They offered blankets and pillows and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible, both before and during the procedure. They let me knoe what their afterhours procedures were, in case I needed them when they were closed. Dr. Barbera is incredibly skilled. She explained what she was doing at every step of the way and worked with incredible precision and efficiency. Watching someone delicately treat a tooth through a microscope, aside two assistants who demonstrated competence and efficiency throughout the entire process, was truly incredible to watch. Endodontics is honestly fascinating, and I am weirdly glad to have endured the process instead of just pulling the tooth. Perry Endodontics made sure to cover every detail from pre- to post-op and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They made a very difficult procedure (both literally and for me who is afraid of the dentist) both easy and endurable... in the most complementary way possible. Thank goodness for Novocaine, Amoxicillin, and Perry Endodontics. I feel better already and feel lucky to have been referred there by my dentist!!! Thank you!!!!

  Today I was seen at Perry Endodontics by Dr. Barbera and her assistant Janeldy for a root canal treatment. I was very anxious about having this procedure but I have to say it was one of the best dental experiences I have had. The offices are so clean and bright and very tranquil and the staff very friendly and professional. That put me at easy immediately. Dr. Barbers is wonderful. She was very kind and professional. She explained everything to me before she started and all the way through the procedure. Janeldy is terrific, very and efficient and professional. She and Dr. Barbera work seamlessly together. Dr. Barbera is an excellent doctor and she did such a great job. Anesthesia has worn off and I have no pain. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Barbera and their practice for your treatment. They are truly tops.

  was totally relaxed and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor was so gentle, both in her voice and in her touch, and she made me feel secure, safe, and completely at ease. The entire staff at perry endodontics are amazing people. Everyone was kind, caring, patient, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want you to have the best experience possible. I would highly recommend perry endodontics to anyone who is nervous or worried about having dental work done. I left feeling confident that I was in good hands, and that means so much.

  I was given a choice where I wanted to go to check on possible root canal issue. I reviewed Perry Endodontics on line. Their website was amazing so I called. Was able to get seen as an emergency. I live in NY and drove to their office the next day. I walked into the waiting area and it was very quiet and relaxing. I was greeted by Tammy who was wonderful and kind. Sabrina who took me back for X-rays and get me all situated for the doctor was professional, warm and caring. Dr. Zeng came in and made me so comfortable. He explained everything to me and took his time to do the pre examination. He answered all questions. Explained all my options. Wow I have been to many offices concerning my teeth but this was a very professional, calming, exceptional clean, and pleasant experience. Really impressed and highly recommended. Well worth my drive.
