  First time going, and I felt a sense of relaxation and safety. Everyone was very knowledgeable and explained things to my mom and I. I just loved the orthodontist!! She made me feel very comfortable!!! Polar opposite experience from my old place and much needed!!

  ⭐ 1/5 I paid $229.80 out of pocket for a dental service for my son that was never performed. I requested a refund and was initially told 1–3 months, then six months, followed by more delays and excuses. Nearly a year later, I received only $25.45 back and have still not received a clear explanation or itemized breakdown showing what happened to the rest of my money. This office has now been reported to the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and the Board of Registration in Dentistry. If my remaining refund is not returned, I am also prepared to pursue the matter in small claims court. After nearly a year of chasing a refund for a service my child never received, I have lost all trust in this practice. I have canceled my children’s future appointments and will be taking them elsewhere.

  I went here for the first time with my 5 year old a week ago and had an ok experience. My first impression was that the waiting area was dingy and lacking kid stuff for a pediatric dentist. There's a TV playing cartoons, 1 computer screen around the corner with games, but no toys/books. I then brought my toddler today and after sitting in the dentist chair for 10+ mins wondering what was going on, the front desk person came in and said my son didn't have insurance. I was confused as I handed over a card at check-in and had no issue with my daughter the week prior (we're all on the same insurance with the same subscriber number), so that didn't make any sense to me. The interaction was confrontational and unhelpful, all while sitting in the dentist chair with my toddler on my lap. When I asked what I'm supposed to do, since it appeared by the tone and body language of the woman talking to me that I was being kicked out, it was suggested that I call the insurance company and sort it out, which obviously wasn't going to be possible in that moment. The other option given was to pay out of pocket and sort it out later. If I hadn't already seen the food particles from a prior patient all over the glasses, and if I wasn't confronted while in the dentist chair, I probably would've figured something out. I did end up calling the insurance company when I got home and they verified all 3 of my kids are accurately listed on my plan with the correct DOB's. It appears that there was no attempt to call the insurance company by the front desk since this call took less than 2 mins. I also find it interesting that there were 3 instances of confirming the appointment, but no attempts to confirm the insurance prior. I've cancelled all appointments, and this place has lost all 3 of my kids as patients.
