  As a geriatric care manager, I look to partner with organizations that are responsive and provide great care. I have been so pleased with the staff from Boston Private Nursing. Their nurses and caregivers are well equipped to care for complex clients with medical expertise and compassion.

  I can't say enough great things about Boston Private Nursing. The entire team is top notch and has really helped care for my mom. Emily, our clinical case manager, is so responsive. She listens and delivers what we request and need. The nurses, Romelia and Sophie, are among the most professional, experienced and compassionate nurses I have encountered. When I first started my research to find private nursing for my mom, I was concerned about getting nurses that really cared. I feel so grateful to have found Boston Private Nursing.

  A client of mine needed 24/7 special care following a hospital stay and I had the pleasure of working closely with BPN for the past year+. The Clinical Case Manager has been superb to work with, she is knowledgeable, professional and very communicative and the aides were beyond our expectations-they were warm, kind and caring professionals who helped my client heal and get back to her normal daily routines. Special thanks to Carly  Megan and Kim! It takes a village and the BPN village is WONDERFUL! Highly recommend.

  Boston Private Nursing provided at home nurses for me as I was recovering from a major abdominal surgery. Every nurse was reliable, knowledgeable, kind and patient. We had someone come for a couple of hours every day for many weeks after the surgery and it was helpful for me with regard to managing medications, getting dressed, washing, and monitoring vital signs, as well as getting to appointments. The nurses also provided great peace of mind to the family and friends who were caring for me. Boston Private Nursing tries to enable nurses and patients to build relationships, and even when the schedule did not allow for the same nurse to come, I was always happy with the person who showed up. Boston Private Nursing was also very adaptable with the completely unpredictable nature of hospitalizations, releases, and recovery. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience. On the contrary, they made a difficult period much easier to bear and manage.

  BPN has been involved with my niece's care for the last 15 mos on a 24 hour basis. Every nurse or health care aide has been exceptional in their compassion, care, attention to detail, and communication with me concerning progress or needs. I have no previous knowledge of this type of intensive care; I can only say that were I to need this type of assistance, and I lived in the Boston area, BPN would be my first call. Not only were the individual nurses and health aides wonderful, but in working with my niece's care manager and company director, were these individuals involved with our medical system, people would feel supported emotionally as well as physically. The flexibility and overly kind interactions were beyond anything I have seen in any health care situation. I am eternally grateful for their followup and oversight, even when I felt very involved, there were so many other pieces that needed attention, and they were there!!!!
