  We have been using BPN since early June. 24/7 RN care until recently a switch to nightly nursing visits for IV meds. I honestly have no words, our situation was complicated and my husband needs more than I felt safe to provide. From my first phone call with Rumellia (sp?) to the actual coordinator between different agency’s and pharmacies we were off and running! They didn’t just care for my husband but also me in doing anything needed or not so I could focus on being ready for them leaving. They were family to us immediately, my husband still misses them on a regular basis. We now have two amazing med nurses for a few weeks and it always ends the day on a positive note. The best phone call I ever made was the first one. I will never regret being able to do this. Thanks to Emily who keeps me so sane and upbeat, I’m forever grateful to this agency and its finest employees! xo Beth

  I had a wonderful experience with Boston Private Nursing. Every single interaction was incredibly positive, upbeat, and supportive. I needed short-term care following a surgical procedure, and their team arrived exactly on time, brought a warm and compassionate attitude, and took fantastic care of me. We are truly lucky to have a company like this that provides genuine, high-quality care right when it's needed most.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Boston Private Nursing. I needed short-term support with medical injections, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Sam was absolutely wonderful — kind, professional, and incredibly compassionate. She immediately put me at ease and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and supported. I felt truly cared for every step of the way. I would absolutely use them again in the future without hesitation. Thank you, Sam and Kiersten, for your exceptional care and support. Highly recommend!

  Five stars is not enough! BPN has been taking care of my father for the last six months. We have had both RNs and aides. Our case manager Carly is outstanding, she's a great communicator, problem solver and organized. We she's out of the office the covering case managers have all been fantastic. With regard to care, the RNs have ALL provided a gold standard for my dad. He is a complex medical case and each nurse has brought something helpful in a different way to the table. They are all critical thinkers. Not one of them lazy! They do it all from grooming to feeding well balanced meals, PT when given guidance, they communicate when medications need refills or when adjustments are recommended. There is supporting documentation for everything! They pivot when needed, shockingly fast and easily. Most of the staff work in the local hospitals well which is meaningful because homecare is a chosen change of pace and they are engaged and not just going through the motions. And here is the most interesting part, they have become like family!

  An angel was over my shoulder when I found BPN in a Google search. From my initial contact with Julia who connected me with my case manager Shannon, and throughout the period of having such highly skilled nurses scheduled to provide daily morning and evening services for my husband, our total experience was beyond our expectations. BPN nurses were highly skilled in the areas we required. As a result, we expect to work with BPN for other home care needs. We trust them in every way, and highly recommend BPN services to anyone in need of home health care.
