I unfortunately had to put my plan on hold when i work schedule changed but i am still trying to follow the healthy habits i learned in the program. The team is supportive and awesome. The food recommendations is very good. Just follow it and it works.😊 working with Carol is very helpful. She has a great knowledge of this program to get me where I need to go. The team at the office is unbelievable. Glad I made this choice.😊

I am rating low though because they have decked the place out full of blatantly Christmas decorations and play nothing but Christmas music and when I mention that they should put up stuff for other holidays like Channukah to be more inclusive, I was told they only put generic stuff up (mind you there is a stocking right next to the manager that says Merry Christmas.
