They are very attentive to his needs and are sociable with my Dad. Although all are hard working folks, I wish a special callout to Loretta, Stephen and Helen is warranted.
- CZChaiya ZallesApr 16, 20265.0A TRUE BLESSING I have been so fortunate and blessed to have a weekly home aide from Home Instead for approximately 1 1/2 years. With sensitive allergies and other challenges, I have been able to have the needs of my living space attended to without any worry or concerns, mostly cleaning and laundry. Most important though is the professionalism, reliability, respect, care, quality of service, and attention to details. Missy also takes the initiative when she notices something I don’t, or sees a better or safer way to arrange or do something. She is patient, persevering and persistent when there is task that needs some figuring out … like changing a filter on my HEPA, or getting the light timer to work at the right time. I say a note of gratitude each day that I am able to have this kind of support, while also maintaining my dignity. THANK YOU Home Instead and all those who make this possible.

They have shown patience and compassion even on the more challenging days . Also the staff in the office is easy to work with and respond quickly to questions about scheduling changes. We choose to go with an agency for the stability and security of reliable scheduling and we have not be disappointed.
