  Dr Amie Adams in Taunton is the most unprofessional optometrist!!! She is a disgrace to eye care. I had an eye exam and contact lenses fitting with her. It took almost 3 weeks for trials—which I had to track down. They had been there for weeks. When I told her I couldn’t see with them on follow up, she gave me an attitude and was annoyed. I asked her why. I’m sorry I can’t see—-seriously! She wrote out my OLD prescription and walked out. I wasted my time and PAID for this service. I also had a dilation scheduled. Another wasted visit. LensCrafters didn’t have the courtesy to call to reschedule to let me know the dilation equipment wasn’t working. What is happening here? By the way, DO NOT make an appointment on Saturday unless you want to schedule two appointments—one for eye exam and one for dilation. I’ve never experienced this craziness. Very unprofessional—I’m so sorry I couldn’t see with the lenses. My eyes should have known better. Now I’m basically right where I was a month ago. No lenses. She is messing with my vision because of her incompetency.

  Associates were all great. Got there a few minutes early found my glass frames had everything written up and in the system. Once my visit with the doctor was over. I was out of there within 10 minutes. Great service.
