  My family moves around a lot, and we have seen a lot of dentists. We heard about Kid Care from a family friend and I can far and away say that Dr Htet is the best dentist we have ever worked with. She gives all her patients her full time and attention, while also making sure they are at ease. All of the staff are wonderful, as well.

  Amazing place. Both Dr. Htet and Dr. Loo are excellent. They are kind, polite and vey professional. They make my children laugh and make everything easy though it's not a small task . Assistants and hygienist make my kids feel like they are special and important

  Thank you kid care dental for taking my daughter’s fear forever. I was referred here for tooth extraction and a spacer . Dr. Htet explained treatment plan and options thoroughly. Krsitn also gave me the additional information to read and front desk was very helpful to accommodate . We did the procedure today and my daughter did not even know the tooth came out . She walked out with an animal balloon and a big smile !

  I’d stay away from this place. My son needed to extract a tooth. I was told to stay out of the room in the hallway during the procedure. I came here 10 mins before my appointment and the whole office was closed. On top of that majority of the lights in the office were off, which felt a bit off. As they were preparing my son for the extraction, I was asking questions about the procedure and sedation, and I was told if I even knew why I was there. The dentist and assistant were rude and made me feel uncomfortable, so I decided to take my son and leave. I listened to my gut and I’m glad I did. I had a chance of looking at all the other 1 star reviews here and they’re similar or worse than my story.

  I was very pleased with my visit. I brought my 5 month old daughter in for a consultation regarding a lip tie. We were seen quickly and treated kindly. Dr. Loo confirmed the lip tie and suggested going ahead with the procedure sooner than later, even offering to have it done the same day. I wasn't expected to do it the same day, and as a new mom I was nervous but I went forward with the process. Dr. Loo and the staff explained everything and made me feel very safe and secure through the entire process. The procedure was interesting to watch with the laser. Dr. Loo and 2 staff members kept my daughter calm with their kind words through the entire thing. I would 100% recommend them!
