Glynis and everyone else at this location are professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. We've been customers for many years and have had nothing but great service and fair prices.

I went in during mid-May 2025 for a new pair of glasses and the staff tried to sell me expensive polycarbonate lenses, which I neither needed nor wanted, versus regular plastic. They did this by saying they'd "give" me the polycarbonate when we were discussing the prices of the frames, lenses, etc. They weren't "giving" me anything except a higher bill of at least fifty dollars' difference. I then asked them to order just plastic, which they did. While I appreciated the turnaround time from their factory and I'm sure that they're pressured by corporate to meet sales numbers, that deceptive sales tactic left a sour taste with me and I will not be doing further business with them.
