- JCJac CCMFMay 13, 20265.0I’ve been going to YogaSix in Assembly Row since the end of Feb 2026, and it’s easily become one of my favorite parts of the week. The studio is always clean, welcoming, and has such a positive vibe from the moment you walk in. The staff is genuinely kind and the instructors all shine in their own ways. Each instructor has their own unique style and flow, but they all make classes feel approachable and rewarding. I really appreciate the variety of classes. They have: Signature Hot, Power Flow, Slow Flow, Hot Core, Sculpt & Flow, TRX, Restore, monthly Yoga Nidra, and various workshops, so there’s always something that fits what I need that day. The temperature is consistently hot or warm, depending on the class, and the classes feel challenging without being intimidating. (I’m plus size and a beginner in yoga, and I’ve had such phenomenal growth in my own practice these last three months and already attended 60+ classes here in less than 3 months.) Special shoutout to my three favorite instructors: Marisa, Elyse, and Melissa who are incredible, but honestly every teacher I’ve taken a class with has been great. You can tell they truly care about creating a supportive environment for everyone. I highly recommend this studio.

- EGErica GiannelliFeb 15, 20265.0I just took the Sunday 9am Sculpt and Flow with Jill C and I literally was so impressed by her and the class that I couldn’t wait to jump on here and write her the review she deserves!! Jill’s energy was contagious and she’s the perfect mix of grounding and professionalism with just the right amount of humor. Her workout was phenomenal not to mention her playlist which was absolute FIRE! I’ve never loved a workout class more than this one and I will be returning to all of Jill’s classes!!! If I could give more than five stars I would.

- JDJackie DMar 17, 20255.0YogaSix Assembly is clean, welcoming, and has levels for everyone. The class sizes are comfortable. The instructors are clear and friendly. It doesn’t feel cultish or exclusive like some yoga studios can feel. I love the multi-sensory experience. Everything is great- the lighting, heat level, sound system, even the scent during shavasana and the cool wet cloths after class. Try it!
