- JHJay HaliliAug 21, 20261.0Terrible establishment. My wife and I have been going to Warby Parker for years! From DC, NY, KY, now MA. We’ve never had a problem with the service and the staff - until this one… They wouldn’t take my wife in for her appointment at 4:30 when she set foot in the building at 4:36pm. (Mind you they close at 7pm.) Even a restaurant has a grace period of 15 mins. A dentist office 15 mins. etc.. Not even a courtesy call to see what her status was or if she still intends on coming in. She was told the “Doctor” is about to leave the building when she questioned the cancelled appointment. TERRIBLE. 25 mins in Somerville/Cambridge traffic for absolutely nothing.

They knew when to give space but were also available. One of the woman even happily priced out 4 different pairs of glasses for me to help me make a decision. Great staff and great store.
