- ABAni BMay 10, 20261.0I was referred to Warby Parker by a friend as I was looking for quality glasses, so I visited as a first-time customer looking for sunglasses for medical reasons. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I had a few simple questions and was hoping for some guidance, but the staff seemed unfamiliar with basic information someone working in an eyewear store should know. I understand not having every answer immediately, but what stood out most was the lack of effort or willingness to help. The responses I received were very short, and after answering, the employee immediately went back to what she was doing, leaving me standing there feeling unwelcome and as though I was being brushed off and encouraged to leave rather than assisted. What made the experience even more frustrating was that several employees were available and not actively helping other customers, yet no one seemed interested in stepping in to assist. The overall attitude felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I left very disappointed with the level of customer service I received and it was definitely a bad first impression of this brand.

I needed an eye exam and a prescription for computer glasses. I had the same ones for a long time. She let me know my astigmatism was gone. She nailed the prescription. My new glasses are just right. I love my frames. It was nice having them mailed to me.

I was within the sixth month exchange timeframe, so there were no questions asked. My visit to the store was very quick and they were very efficient with processing paperwork. The staff member assured me that when the new lenses came in, they would make sure I had no other problems.
