  I had such a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision in Somerville. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. The doctor was honest and thoughtful, letting me know I did not need another exam because my previous prescription was still available and directed me to call my other doctors office to get the prescription, which saved me time, money, and effort. The front desk team was amazing as well. They took the time to explain my insurance coverage, helped with my measurements, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Even though I drove a bit to get there, they went above and beyond to help resolve my issue and made me feel very well taken care of. This was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had for glasses or eye care. The Somerville location has a truly wonderful team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. A+

  I stopped by Pearle Vision in Somerville for a quick adjustment on my glasses, and I had an outstanding experience with Daiane, the store manager. She was incredibly helpful and knew exactly how to fix my Silhouette frames. I had been struggling with these glasses ever since I purchased them at a different location over a year ago. No one had been able to get them quite right until now. After Daiane's adjustment, they feel like a brand-new pair of glasses! It's rare to find someone with such expertise and excellent customer service. If you're looking for professional, friendly, and knowledgeable help with your eyewear, I highly recommend visiting Pearle Vision in Somerville and asking for Daiane.

  Minha experiência na Pearle Vision foi excelente! Toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e profissional. O Dr. Alex fez toda a diferença no meu atendimento por falar português, minha primeira língua, o que me deixou muito mais confortável durante a consulta. A Daiane e a Nina também foram maravilhosas na loja, muito pacientes, simpáticas e me ajudaram bastante na escolha dos meus óculos. Dá para perceber que a equipe realmente se importa com os clientes e faz de tudo para oferecer o melhor atendimento possível. Recomendo muito a Pearle Vision!

  I had an amazing experience at Pearle Vision in Somerville from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. The customer service truly went above and beyond everyone was patient, attentive, and happy to help with every question I had. A special thank you to Evellyn at the front desk/reception area. She was incredibly kind, organized, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from the moment I walked in. The doctors were also fantastic very knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel this valued as a customer. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding service!
