The doctor was honest and thoughtful, letting me know I did not need another exam because my previous prescription was still available and directed me to call my other doctors office to get the prescription, which saved me time, money, and effort. The front desk team was amazing as well. They took the time to explain my insurance coverage, helped with my measurements, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Even though I drove a bit to get there, they went above and beyond to help resolve my issue and made me feel very well taken care of. This was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had for glasses or eye care. The Somerville location has a truly wonderful team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. A+

No one had been able to get them quite right until now. After Daiane's adjustment, they feel like a brand-new pair of glasses! It's rare to find someone with such expertise and excellent customer service.
