    The eye doctors are very nice, as is the staff member who checks patients in for their appointments at the end. However, my experience with the young lady at the front door first desk near the entrance has been disappointing due to her attitude. I’ve tried to avoid interacting with her, but since she is usually the first person at the door, I often find myself having to do so. I previously shared feedback about an interaction I had with her, but no one ever followed up. I sincerely hope the matter was addressed, as good customer service and a welcoming attitude make a big difference in the overall patient experience. Thank you!

    I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Both Dr. Meltzer and Dr. Russakovsky provide truly exceptional care. During an exam, Dr. Meltzer caught early warning signs of an underlying issue that I had no obvious symptoms for. She took the time to explain what she was seeing and promptly referred me to a specialist for further evaluation. Thanks to her thoroughness and sharp diagnostic eye, the condition was confirmed and I was able to begin targeted treatment right away. Early detection made all the difference in protecting my long-term vision. Between Dr. Meltzer’s vigilance and Dr. Russakovsky’s fantastic care over my visits, you really couldn't be in better hands. The entire team is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients' health. 5 stars without hesitation.
