  I had an excellent experience at this eye doctor’s office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was professional, friendly, and truly attentive to my needs, which made the entire visit smooth and stress free. Doctor Joe is an amazing person and a great person. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident about my eye care. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring, and Doctor Joe definitely stands out. The entire team is wonderful, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top quality eye care and exceptional service.

  This place has horrible communication. I’m truly so upset. The doctor who gave me my eye exam is wonderful but as for the way is being run it sucks. I went in for my eye exam on 1/22/26 paid a $100 for my contact eye exam which I do find expensive as for that’s just the exam no contacts but whatever. I am currently on mass health and told the front desk if I could pick out glasses from the mass health section and she said yes and showed me where they were. I’m assuming since she showed me where they were and when I picked them out she wrote down the frame number and etc. she would’ve known if I was eligible to even get glasses that appointment. The employee told me it would take about 4-6 weeks. I call on 3/7/26 asking if there was an update on my glasses since I haven’t heard anything. She said they were ordered and it’ll be another week or so, time passes and still no call. I call AGAIN on 3/25/26 and she tells me they’ve been ordered and they’re on their way that I should be receiving a call in the next few days. Now it’s APRIL 29! THREE MONTHS since my original appointment and the employee on the phone tells me mass health has changed their policy and I was actually never eligible for glasses. Which if that would’ve been communicated to me on the day of my appointment in JANUARY I would’ve understood and just either came out of pocket there or ordered something online. But now I’ve been with no glasses, waiting since January, calling to get an update, getting told TWICE they’re on their way, for them to tell me NOW!! That my glasses were never ordered and I’m not eligible. I’m honestly so furious and will never be going back.

  The doctor was very nice but to have to wait 4 weeks to get a pair of glasses Is way to long especially when the website states 14 days max. I called and left a message for them to cancel my order cause I can't 4 weeks and its bad enough I just lost my job because I can't drive without glasses due to it being a restriction on my license. I will let everyone I speak with that pearle vision is not the place to go to and they dont care about leaving the patient without glasses it seems due to the fact they want to tell their patients it's going to take 4 weeks and because of this this patient is now without a job cause I need them to drive I also would like to state that the front end staff are very unprofessional too.
