I arrived early and by a half and hour and 20 min after my appointment I was still waiting to be called I walked out and then call them back to remove as a customer I wont be going back and I wouldnt recommend this place to any of my friends or family. I think someone may need to tell Carmine to allow his employees to relax but still be professional and smile. These 5* reviews must be family members or close friends to keep his ratings up it is not possible to have a 4.7 rating with this many unsatisfied customers their customer service is in the tanks!

I came for glasses and left with nothing but a reason not to go back. fortunately, I won’t be returning. I found myself teamed up against me - I paid and left it’s just not worth the trouble.
