The customer service agent first try at frame selection fit perfectly and saved me the time looking through the many frame choices. I was very happy with my purchase price with insurance discount. Also, my glasses were ready for pick up only 4 days later and my new prescription lenses worked perfectly. Great job Pearl Vision!

Than Danielle stepped up and offered help together we found what the best fit was and she made the experience fun and easy. The second time around I already what I was getting Danielle know who I was and helped me right away which was shocking due to only seeing me once out of many customers. And that went smoothly too, now when my classes broke and I had to go through insurance which she encouraged me to get! Luckily I did! I came back and there was an issue where it was back hold couldn’t find them anywhere etc and it was already 2 weeks. She reached out to me and made sure everything in her power that I got them! She is super nice! Helpful! Honest! I honestly would probably go back there to shop again if it’s her assisting me because I feel safe shopping through her!
