- RBrachel burnsJun 21, 20261.0Horrible experience here - was not greeted, had to wait several minutes to even be acknowledged by an associate. Once I filled out the initial paperwork the doctor pulled me into an exam room and without any introduction or explanation of the exam kept moving me from machine to machine. The lack of bedside manner & customer service was shocking especially when she assumed I wanted contacts and said "you know this isn't covered by insurance right" I then declined the additional charges to be fit for contact lenses. At that point the doctor completely stopped communicating with me, handed me my printed prescription, collected my payment and walked away. No offer to look at or shop glasses, nothing. I will not be buying glasses here nor returning for another exam.
