  Whatever “pharmacist” that works there now should be fired. I can understand being unable to assist, but to lie to my face and treat me like a drug seeker when I just needed seizure medication is unacceptable. I am sorry that I cursed at her at the store, but she lacks the necessary people skills to work there. I was so incredibly surprised when she told me she was the “pharmacist.” It really did not seem that way at all — more like an inexperienced pharm tech. Do better. Also, she couldn’t even give me the courtesy of calling me back about an emergency medication refill. I will no longer be going to this pharmacy or store at all.

  Let's face it. They were the only game in town after Adam's closed, and then OCHS opened their pharmacy. As a former board member of OCHS and client, I was a bit appalled by several experiences I had with the OCHS pharmacy and chose to return my 'scripts of S&S. Yes, they are overworked. Yes, they have an enormous business. Yes, the probably have the most difficult, client base of fluctuating populations including some of the most entitled and arrogant clients around. I think they do a damn good job considering. Perhaps if you approach them with a smile instead of attitude, you'll be surprised at what you get in return.
