BrightStar Care of South Shore provides RN led, in-home care for
clients of all ages from pediatric to geriatric covering the entire South
Shore. With RN oversight and individualized plans of care, we provide a higher
standard of care from a few hours a week to 24/7 care. We offer non-medical
home care (personal care, companionship, respite, Alzheimer's and dementia
support and help with activities of daily living). Our skilled nursing
services include infusions, injections, wound care, medication management, and
post-hospital recovery. We work with long-term care insurance, worker’s comp
insurers, and accept private pay for our services. Free in-home consultations
are available.
