  Home Instead's Friend's Club has been such a blessing to our family! The social interaction has been so good for my mom. She returns home elevated in mood.The staff are so caring and so good at what they do, providing enjoyable activities, delicious lunches and a very pleasant space. The program has been a lifesaver for me as well, providing much needed respite. Thank you so much, Home Instead!

  I recently used Home Instead for home health aides for my husband. Two wonderful aides, Amber and Jenn, worked with him for the past two months. They were both extremely kind, careful, and attentive plus an absolute pleasure to be with. We will miss them dearly! Home Instead also provided excellent organization and support. I highly recommend them!

  We've worked with Home Instead for over a year and a half to provide help for our 92 year old mother. Mom's Care Pros have been unfailingly kind, caring, and professional, and great problem-solvers. The Home Instead office staff are always responsive and helpful in ensuring our mother has the care she needs, including when her needs have changed over time. With Home Instead, my siblings and I feel assured that our mother is getting great care and we are able to rest easier. The team has been invaluable.

  My mother's last care giver charged for services she never performed, falsified hours, sat downstairs doing nothing and used my mom's car for personal errands. I had shared some concerns with management but they took no action - in never heard of any oversight nor did they teach out to me to see how things were going. After my mother's death they fired her and have been silent in response to reimbursement for the last 1-2 invoices. Their employee took advantage and they are more of an absentee franchise owner (yes, care of your elderly loved one has now been franchised) than caring and client focused business owners.

  Home Instead has been extremely helpful with providing care and support services for our parent. The care providers have been wonderful at finding a way to connect with our parent and providing cooking, cleaning, shopping, transportation, and companionship. The daily log keeps us informed of tasks and how our parent is doing. The management is responsive to our requests and questions, and has been able to quickly provide replacements when the care providers turned over. As children living far away from a parent that wants to continue to reside in their lifelong home, Home Instead has been essential for providing us with great peace of mind with wonderful care at a good value for our parent.
