  We had a fantastic experience with Shellee! She was kind and put my 6 year old son at ease right away. Her expertise made the entire experience stress free, and we picked up our glasses only a couple of days after coming in! Fantastic service all around.

  We were doing the touristy Salem thing. We are from Pennsylvania. My wife's glasses broke. The screw holding the arm came out and we couldn't find it. We tried one of those eyeglass repair kits but they are junk! I searched "eyeglass repair near me" and found The Eye Place. A friendly lady answered the phone and I explained our plight. She said to come over and she would see if she could help us out.. She was friendly, funny, and AWESOME! She took care of us in under five minutes and didn't even gouge us. TY! The Eye Place!! You are awesome!

  This place is top notch! One of very few (if any) places where you can bring your favorite frames to add updated lenses. On top of that the place is filled with pretty frames to choose from. And then there is Shelly! Knowledgeable, kind, friendly and fun to chat with. Highly recommended!

  The woman who I believe is the owner, helped me and my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses and was so nice and professional the whole time. She made sure to take the time to make my daughter feel comfortable and called us once everything was ready for a fast and easy pick up process. I really can’t say enough how nice she was, and how much it meant that she took the time to squeeze us in without much notice and helped us every step of the way. I will definitely be recommending her to family and friends. Thanks again for such great service!
