  I got 3 pairs of prescription glasses from here (a rose tinted pair for headaches, sunglasses, and a normal pair that came with a sunglass clip on). The owner, Shellee was so helpful and got my new glasses to me super quickly! She had a huge selection and found pairs that fit my preferences (I prefer wider frames). She even offered to adjust them to sit better if needed! Great experience!

  Shellee is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her customers. She is always accommodating when it comes to appointments and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. In a world where genuine customer service can be hard to find, she’s the real deal. On top of that, she has an amazing sense of humor and makes every visit enjoyable. I highly recommend The Eye Place to anyone looking for exceptional service and someone who truly puts people first!

  At first, I was at a loss finding an optician who could meet my needs with a quick turnaround. Suffice it to say, Shellee lives up to every review. Getting an appointment was simple and quick, the fitting for glasses was detailed and customized to me, and the conversation we had throughout was lively and enjoyable. Within 4 weeks, Shellee was able to get a prior authorization approved and had two pairs of new lenses ready for me. She readjusted the frames to my face when I came for pickup, and I have to say, this experience was perfect from start to finish.

  I had a phenomenal experience with Shelley at The Eye Place. I walked in with no appointment and asked for help with a highly customized job. Shelley was patient with me while I walked her through what I was looking for and she even made a few suggestions on the design based on what I needed. I 100% recommend Shelley and The Eye Place. I will be back for any future custom needs.
