I was guided into the eye doctor. Megan brought me in for the beginning of the exam. Megan was wonderful, kind and just such a great personality she made me feel very welcome. My eye exam was done by Dr Weng. Dr. Weng was great. She was kind, thorough and answered my numerous questions. Then my favorite part, picking my new glasses. When I exited the doctor's office I was greeted by Sheri. Sheri was so pleasant to work with. She's kind accommodating and goes out of her way to give you the best experience possible. I explained to her what I was looking for and she helped me find the exact pair of glasses that I had in mind. She worked with me on how to save the most money and my glasses were ordered. There's one other person that I've met before when I've come into the store. Michael, has a beard and glasses and he is so kind and I had to mention him as well. The overall experience anytime I've walked into this LensCrafters location far exceeds my expectations every time.
