I contacted Home Instead because of a recommendation in a Cape Cod Health Care brochure and commercials on CCBroadcasting Radio. From the start, I couldn't have been more satisfied, Manager Pam quickly and efficiently assessed my needs and developed a schedule. All of the HHAs - Sasha, Christina, Sally, Darayana, Alyssa, and Jenna - were competent, well trained and had delightful personalities, indicating an effective hiring process. Finally, the owner, Joe, answers the phone himself and took care of any questions or schedule, etc. changes immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Home instead to family and friends!
