StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Norwood offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

Every time I tried to schedule an appointment, I was told that the staff had issues or were unavailable. After the second week, they stopped answering my phone calls altogether. Given the nature of my job, my whole body hurts at the end of the day. Sarah is the best! She knows where all my sore muscles and stiff joints are. Every stretch she does on me I'm like "Exactly, Sarah!" Going to Stretch Lab is part of my self care. It's like getting a body massage. It's very relaxing and it's worth it for me.
