I’ve truly enjoyed the overall experience and the hospitality has been wonderful from the start. It was also a pleasure meeting both of the doctors—they made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. One thing I especially appreciate is the amazing support from Rita, Heather, Laura, and Valerie. Each of them has their own unique way of doing things, which I actually enjoy because it keeps the experience dynamic and personalized. No matter how small the milestone, they are always incredibly supportive, cheerful, and encouraging. That kind of positive energy really makes a difference and keeps me motivated.
